MEGA Group USA Kicks Off GAME

Germantown, TN - Mega Group USA through the MEGA U dealer resource center has kicked off, GAME, its innovative retail selling plan, to a select group of Mega dealers. The first round of coaching clinics were recently held in Springfield, IL and Atlanta, GA to raving reviews and immediate successes.
GAME is a uniquely detailed and time-tested approach to retail selling that presents every retail customer an unmatched and remarkable buying experience. The experience will result in return sales from customers and their positive recommendations to fellow buyers.
“We learned the new approach and the very weekend after training our close rate was higher and overall sales were up" said Debra Holden, Owner of Regal House, a furniture and mattress store in New Bedford, MA. "This training helped our sales associates better identify our customer's needs."

Owners and sales managers of the selected stores spent 2 days of intense and exciting training leaning how to be a GAME coach and mentor to their respective team members. Coaching the GAME philosophy will create well-trained sales team members and staffs that will maximize every sale through larger sales tickets, higher close ratios and improved attachment rates. The end result will be dramatically increased profitability.
“Every dealer is faced with less traffic in today’s economy and to be successful they must maximize every customer and sale. Mega will hold a graduation ceremony for it first GAME class at the late summer “Beating the Odds” convention in Las Vegas. Four new classes for GAME will be announced at the convention for the fall semester. All Mega dealers are encouraged to sign up early as classes will fill up quickly.
